Current Midwest NewsA
Banner Year!
Current Midwest has just wrapped up its best year ever. Despite the doomsayers in the media and the economic world, we had a record 2004! Special thanks go to all of our customers and vendors. Cooling tower sales are doing better than ever thanks to a greater presence on the Internet as well as an excellent working relationship with our suppliers. We are constantly adapting our product lines to stay ahead of a rapidly changing world. With
great enthusiasm we have welcomed into our "family" two technicians
with plenty of practical field experience, an IT "guru" and an
additional inside salesman. We look forward to an even better 2005. This will require more hard work and pulling together as a team. However, we’re up to the task. (If it was easy, everyone would be doing it!) Salesman
of the Year
On
Sunday, January 2, 2005, Current Midwest announced that Tom Engwert earned the
2004 Salesman of the Year award. A
special honor not given out every year, this award is given when circumstances
merit. Although Tom works hard each
and every day, for some reason this happened to be the year it paid off
ten-fold! Working
with Fortune 500 companies, Mr. Engwert was able to seize the opportunities
given him and make all the pieces fall into place – not once, not twice, but
on three separate large and difficult projects this year! We
are honored to have Tom as our mentor, guide, and business partner.
In his acceptance speech, Tom jokingly quipped, "I'd rather be lucky
than good!" We feel he is both
. . . Congratulations Tom!
